This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you use the App or visit the Landing Page.
2. Categories of Data We Process

We do not log or store IP addresses longer than is technically necessary for a secure connection (max. a few seconds in volatile server logs). No long‑term logs or backups are kept.
3. Legal Bases (Art. 6 GDPR)
- Art. 6 (1) b – Performance of contract: processing Content, Account and Purchase Data to provide the Service.
- Art. 6 (1) f – Legitimate interest: basic, privacy‑friendly analytics to improve stability and security.
- Art. 6 (1) a – Consent: optional sign‑in, push notifications.
- Art. 6 (1) c – Legal obligation: retention of purchase records for tax laws.

We ensure appropriate safeguards (Art. 46 GDPR), notably the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and technical measures such as end‑to‑end TLS encryption.

6. Data Security
All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.2+. Content data is encrypted at rest on our servers and restricted to authorised personnel only.
7. Children
The Service is intended for persons 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The "Effective" date will be amended accordingly. Continued use of the App after an update signifies acceptance.
